Well our twins have made their arrival. Friday I had a doctors appointment at 11:50 and when they checked me I had developed pre-eclampcia and the doctor said it was time to deliver these babies. He sent me right over the hospital and I called Mick who was working in Anthem and told him he need to wrap up work and come to the hospital because they were going to induce me. In the mean time I called my mom and told her to take off work early to keep me company until he could get to the hospital. It all happened really fast and and I was inducing really well until I got to 9 cm and everything stopped. The doctor consulted with us and told us this is usually a sign that something is up. So we opted for the c-section to ensure my health. After the c-section he told us that both babies were trying to come out first and neither of them was making it into the birth canal. So we could have tried all night and probably not made progress. Zerin Rae made her appearance first at 10:54 pm weighing in at 5 lbs. 7 oz. and 18 3/4" long. Zadie Claire was right behind appearing at 10:55 pm and weighing 4 lbs. 12 oz. and 18" long. They are now in our room with us and we are loving every minute. They are a month early and preemie so we have to be real cautious with germs and over stimulating them.

Congratulations! Mick did you deliver those or did Sam? Cuz you look more exhausted than she does! HA HA HA! Or did the new roll of fatherhood do a number on you! J/K! We are so happy for you guys! Your girls are beautiful and we can't wait to meet them!
Oh my gosh! I can't wait to love on them. They are so adorable! They look a lot alike. Do you see huge differences or more likes? Congrats! Welcome to the the life of twin girls! It is the best and hardest roller coaster you've ever been on! Enjoy. I can't wait to meet them!

Now you might get why i am so worried about germs huh? Caison was a preemie too! I might just make you a hand sanitzer and Lysol lover;) haha
